Allocation design, structural sketching, micro-urbanism and masterplans.

We provide strategic support to clients in making their buildings and workspaces future-proof. Thanks to our combination of design knowledge and analytical insight, we help them make informed choices, from energy optimisation to spatial reorganisation.

Needs assessments

We use occupancy analyses and interviews to identify your organisation's actual needs. This enables us to develop a clear, well-founded spatial concept that optimally supports your way of working — now and in the future.

Energy studies

We analyse the energy performance of your building and formulate concrete, phased measures to reduce consumption and comply with EPB and EPC requirements, tailored to your budget and schedule.
