Award: The project has been granted the Renolab Award by Renolution (April 2023) in response to a project call for highly circular renovations of Brussels architectural heritage.


Transformation of a former customs building into a creative multifunctional hub where people can work – create – and live around a common green inner area. The building also houses our office. We are focusing on maintaining the original building as much as possible, following an extremely sustainable approach in the quality of life and work, in used materials and in energy. We moreover want to strengthen the relationship with the neighborhood by the creation of social spaces on the ground floor that will use the new green inner area and allow events to be held.
