Vinkenvelden

The project involves the renovation of 1970s residential towers containing 442 apartments in the Vinkenvelden district in Hoboken. The cross-shaped, listed buildings needed an intensive renovation to meet contemporary standards and to enhance their appearance in a green environment. By limiting structural interventions, the renovation at the same time respects the buildings' heritage value, maximizes living comfort and reduces construction costs.
