The objective of this D&B pilot project was to develop small-scale, prefabricated, sustainable and affordable housing units of different sizes and configurations.
The project is part of a broader strategy to address the issue of permanent living on campsites, whereby one of the solutions being considered is the rezoning of a camping site to a zone where permanent living can be allowed and guided. Seven of our residential units were installed at the site of Felix Cottage Club in Zemst.
