Escape the Hustle, Descend into Tranquility
In the bustling heart of Brussels, where city life overwhelms you with stimuli, lies a hidden oasis of peace and relaxation. As you descend into this wellness center, you leave the noise and stress of the city above. The underground location adds an element of mystery and seclusion, enhancing the overall experience. This hidden sanctuary is designed to be a true escape, offering a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and rejuvenate.
Luxurious Finishes and Natural Inspirations
This wellness center is designed with attention to detail and luxury. The interior showcases rich materials in various shades of green, creating an environment that evokes tranquility and a deep connection to nature. The walls and ceilings are finished in soft earthy tones, while dark wood accents provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. This thoughtful use of materials not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to a deeper sense of relaxation and comfort.
Drawing inspiration from natural environments, our design subtly references forest settings that calm the senses.
Intimate Spaces and Grandeur
Inspired by the architecture of old bathhouses, we wanted our design to respond to this spatial setting. The perimeter areas offer secluded, private settings, while the double-height space with the swimming pool provides a sense of grandeur and theatricality. The underground setting enhances this connection, making visitors feel as though they have truly escaped to a serene, historical retreat. Every element of the design has been carefully considered to promote relaxation and well-being.
The use of an integrated skylight enhances the dramatic effect, creating an environment that is both awe-inspiring and deeply relaxing. It adds value by providing light therapy on dark winter days and casting a gentle glow on sultry evenings. (was an important part of our concept, but difficult to use if not implemented immediately)
Diverse Therapies
In this wellness center, everything revolves around achieving a balance between physical and mental well-being. The wide range of therapies, including a sauna, steam room, experience shower, and ice chute, makes this wellness experience possible. Guests can unwind in exquisite relaxation zones featuring a custom-designed hydropool, all while enjoying the serene view along the axis of the pool.

This wellness center is more than just a place to relax; it is a theater of well-being, where classical grandeur and modern luxury converge. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the design elements, has been crafted to stimulate the senses and soothe the mind. Escape the hustle of the city and discover a place where time seems to stand still, and where you can fully reconnect with yourself.
