The urban permit for the first two phases of our renovation of the Windmoleken district in Halle has been approved!
The project is a large scale and sustainability focused renovation of a Modernist social housing district. The first two phases are comprised of 90 units split into two sub-types of building that when combined give the neighbourhood its unique character and dynamic urban fabric.
