Great news! We received the building permit for the conversion of 'our' Van Meyel site in the Brussels Canal zone!
We will transform a former customs building into a creative multifunctional hub where people can work - create - and live around a common green inner area, and will also house our own offices in it.
We are focusing on maintaining the original building as much as possible, following an extremely sustainable approach in the quality of life and work, in used materials and in energy.
We moreover want to strengthen the relationship with the neighborhood by the creation of social spaces on the ground floor that will use the new green inner area and allow events to be held.
